Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Processing Time
    Please allow 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. This includes verifying your payment, packing your order, and preparing it for shipment.

  • Tsukushi is not a dropshipping website
    We take pride in handling everything ourselves, from sourcing high-quality products to carefully packing and shipping them directly from Japan.

    Because we handle everything in-house, some products may take longer than 5 business days to process before shipment. However, you can be assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

  • Shipping Time
    General transit time excluding processing time may take up to 2 weeks.
    This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Method

All orders to the USA are shipped by FedEx. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your order ships.

U.S. import rules continue to change — we keep this updated so the price you see always reflects the current cost.

Accurate Contact & Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout.
In rare cases, FedEx or U.S. Customs may need to confirm delivery details or request documentation for clearance (this is unrelated to payment) — accurate contact info helps avoid delays.

Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and responding promptly to any courier communication. If FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or a lack of response from you, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by customs.

If a package is returned to us, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund, where the order is eligible for a refund under our Return Policy. Shipments that cannot be returned to Japan are not eligible for a refund.
